Eucharist is the central Sacrament of our faith.
It is the memorial of Christ’s Passover, the work of salvation accomplished by the life, death, and resurrection of Christ, a work made present by the liturgical action. The Holy Eucharist is the sacrament in which we receive the Body and Blood of Christ.
Preparation for First Holy Communion
The preparation period for a child or teen to receive First Holy Communion is ALWAYS two years at the Parish, regardless of when the child begins the program.
Preparation can begin when the child is 7 years old.
For 1st Year Students – If you are not baptized, we will need a copy of the birth certificate. If the child is baptized, we will need a copy of the baptism certificate.
Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are such special days in the life of your child and your family. We look forward with great joy in sharing these blessed moments with your entire family.
